By downloading, accessing, or using Heroes vs Villains Battle, you agree to these Terms of Use.

App Use

The game is provided for personal entertainment use. You agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with Apple App Store rules and any applicable local laws.

As-Is Service

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. Sarchie Interactive may update, change, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time.

Virtual Currency and Digital Items

Virtual currency, credits, packs, upgrades, or other digital items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the app.

In-App Purchases and Refunds

Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by Apple policy or applicable law.

Advertising

The game may display rewarded advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarchie Interactive is not liable for indirect loss, service interruptions, device issues, third-party service failures, or loss of virtual items caused by technical issues.
