Terms of Use

These Terms apply to mobile games, applications and related services developed or published by Sarchie Interactive, unless separate terms are provided for a particular product. By downloading, accessing or using an applicable app, you agree to these Terms.

Personal and lawful use

Our apps are provided for personal entertainment or other intended consumer use. You must use them lawfully, comply with applicable platform rules, and not misuse features in a way that harms other people, devices or services.

App availability and changes

Apps and features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

Sarchie Interactive retains its rights in its apps, software, original artwork, branding and other content, except for content owned by users or third parties. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Sarchie Interactive intellectual property to you.

In-app purchases and digital items

Where offered, purchases are processed by the relevant app-store provider and are subject to that provider's purchasing and refund rules as well as applicable law. Virtual currency, credits, packs, upgrades and similar digital items have no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Multiplayer and platform services

Some apps may use services supplied by Apple, Google or other platform providers for multiplayer, authentication or related features. Availability can depend on those third-party services and their terms.

User-selected images and content

Some Sarchie Interactive apps may allow you to select content from your own device for personalisation, including photographs used as custom card backs.

You are responsible for content you select. You must have the necessary rights or permission to use it and must not use unlawful content or content that infringes another person's copyright, privacy or other rights.

You must not use app customisation features for content that is illegal, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, harassing, abusive or otherwise inappropriate for the circumstances in which the app is being used. Exercise particular discretion where your screen may be visible to children or other people.

Sarchie Interactive does not select, approve or moderate images that remain locally selected and stored on a user's device. This does not limit any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Table Top Card Games — Custom Photo Card Backs

The Custom Photo Card Backs feature allows a user who has unlocked the feature to select an image from their device for use as a card back. In the current Apple version, the selected image is stored locally on that device and is not transmitted as part of Game Center match data to an online opponent. Other people may nevertheless see the image if they can see the user's screen, including during local play.

Heroes vs Villains Battle

Heroes vs Villains Battle may include virtual currency, credits, packs, upgrades, in-app purchases and rewarded advertising. Digital items are for use within the app and are subject to the rules above.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by law, Sarchie Interactive is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, third-party platform outages, or loss caused by misuse of an app or user-selected content.

Applicable rights

These Terms do not affect mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our apps, services or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are published.
